Wuxi Julong Silicon Steel Co., Ltd. is a famous Chinese transformer iron core manufacturing expert with the production capacity of 500KV UHV power transformer iron core(up to), having monthly output of 8,000+ tons of laminated iron cores including: one phase,three phase three pillars, three phase five pillars. E.g. Power Transformer, Wind Power, Marine Transformer, Dry Type Transformer, Oil-Immersed Distribution Transformer and so on.

Julong Iron Core is an exclusive customer of Baosteel, a close partner of Baosteel Central Silicon Steel Research Institute, participated in the research work of the "High Energy Efficiency Distribution Transformer Core" project and established Julong-Baosteel joint Laboratory with Baosteel Central Silicon Steel Research Institute since 2014. We also participated in Baosteel’s B20R70, B18R065, B30P105-LM (low noise) project for the new trial product (trial model SB13 -800/10 SB13-1250/10 SB13-315/10 SB14-315/10 SCB10-630/10).It is a private technology enterprise in Jiangsu province achieving the honors of province-level specialized & new little giant enterprise and national-level high-tech enterprise.

Julong has UHV core production workshops; dry-type transformer core workshops; oil-immersed transformer core workshops, clamping-system workshops. We have 58 slitting, cutting and stacking production lines including: GEORG PrecisionCut TBA800 E-Stacker which is GEORG’s first cutting with automatic stacking production line(Search with: GEORG supplies power transformer E-stacker to China); TBA1000, TBA800 cutting lines which have the ability of automatic pre-stack, 2 ultra-precision high-speed slitting lines (with German Cutting Quills system), 12 laser positioning high-precision slitting lines.

In 12/2019 Julong has cooperated with Xian SDRI to launch the high speed cutting and automatic stacking oil immersed transformer core intelligent workshop(based on high speed 200 cutting lines and automatic stacking machine）And full sequence cutting and stacking dry type transformer core workshop（based on Full Sequence cutting and stacking 600 line). Meanwhile 900 cutting line(2 shearing and 8 punching) and new electric 400 cutting lines which support the Widen Yoke Technique have also been put into use. In 03/2022 GEORG’s first PrecisionCut TBA 800 E-stacker has started to install(Now it is coming to the end of debugging period). In 12/2022 the Intelligent Power Transformer Core Workshop’s Stereoscopic Storehouse and Slitting Line Module has start to install.
